BANANA MOON: gap closed in retail network

 

MONACO-based bodywear concern Banana Moon, that operates some 60 retail stores in France and other European countries in addition to its wholesale business, plugged an important gap in its network with the launch of its first store in Paris. Opened last month, the new 60m2 store will, like others in the network, offer mainly the brand’s lingerie, homewear and prêt-à-porter collections during the winter months, focusing more closely on its swimwear speciality during the appropriate season.

The brand, with its California-inspired styling, has achieved considerable growth since its launch in the ’80s and represents one of the most impressive success stories on the European swimwear scene.
