FRENCH brand of men’s underwear Hom, that was acquired by the Huber group of Austria in 2015, is to use the existing sales network of its new owner there to expand its sales to the USA. The brand is also said to be switching its fabric supplies to the Arula knitting concern, which is owned by the Huber group. In 2016, Hom will also make a bid to enter the volume distribution market. To that end, it is proposing three-packs of boxer sets for the first time.
If successful, the US sales drive and the volume distribution approach made by the brand could boost its sales considerably.
