TO PROMOTE its Lycra stretch fibre within the concept of love and marriage associated with St Valentine’s day, Invista joins forces with leading Paris department store Galeries Lafayette to stage within the store a series of five intimate apparel catwalk shows on 11 February. These feature leading brands including Simone Pérèle, Aubade, Maison Lejaby and many others. On the same day, the store organizes for all visiting consumers a number of special promotions and events intended to create an environment conducive to the buying of lingerie.

Taking place in a prestigious store in a country famed for its lingerie brands, the promotion reflects the international importance of Lycra within the world intimate apparel scene.
