LENZING: new Tencel fibre being launched

LEADING world producer of cellulosic fibres Lenzing announced that it is launching a new Tencel® fibre made from cotton waste fabrics. This new generation of lyocell fibres is described as the most ecological wood-based fibre on the planet, combining cotton waste recycling with Lenzing’s pioneering closed-loop Tencel production on a commercial scale.
