MAISON LEJABY: first retail store opened

THE REVIVED French lingerie brand Maison Lejaby, now managed by media executive Jean d’Arthuys, opened its first retail store. Located in Lyon, the 65m2 store is decorated in the style of a master tailor’s premises in order to evoke the history and tradition of the label. In addition to presenting the complete range of the label, the new store will also propose the personalization of merchandise purchased there and will process special orders. At the same time, the brand said that its redesigned and updated website would go online at the end of November 2015.

The return of the brand to viability was delayed by the impact of problems affecting the Russian economy but its production unit in France still employs 10 sample designers and 20 seamstresses.
