OYSHO: expansion maintained in home market

THE LINGERIE chain operated by Inditex under the Oysho label opened a second store in the prized Barcelona shopping street Paseo de Gracia. The new 400m2 flagship store on three floors features an area dedicated to the assortment of sports fashion now distributed by the chain alongside its innerwear products. The new opening takes to 579 the number of stores operated by the chain in 41 countries. In 2014, Oysho raised its sales by 18 per cent to EUR 416m.




Because the chain distributes only its private label, it represents a prime sales target for suppliers of fabrics and accessories.
