ARNAUD RUFFIN: joins Invista to head bodywear marketing
STRETCH fibre multinational Invista announced the appointment of Arnaud Ruffin as its new International Marketing Director for innerwear. Ruffin, who is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Grenoble, brings with him 13 years’ experience in the fields of sales, marketing and product development, more recently in the paper and packaging sectors. Based in the company’s European headquarters in Geneva, he will identify opportunities and develop initiatives to position and launch new programmes with high value added in the areas of lingerie, swimwear and legwear.

HELEN McCLUSKEY: to take over as new CEO of Warnaco
UNDERWEAR and jeanswear concern Warnaco announced the impending retirement of Joe Gromek, its CEO for nearly ten years, and named its current COO Helen McCluskey as Gromek’s replacement as from 1 February 2012. Before she became COO of Warnaco in 2010, McCluskey had been the group’s vice president for innerwear.

ZOE PRICE-SMITH: named head of design by Hunkemöller
NETHERLANDS-based European lingerie chain Hunkemöller, that also trades as Bodique, announced the appointment on 1 December 2011 of Zoe Price-Smith as its new Head of Design. Price-Smith has considerable experience not only in design but also in such areas as product development and positioning, strategic planning and procurement, notably as a consultant for such British chains as Marks & Spencer and House of Fraser.
