PREMIERE VISION: acquires full ownership of Mod’Amont event

ACQUISITION by Première Vision from Tarsus France of a further 51 per cent of the equity of Mod’Amont gives the fabric salon full ownership of the production accessories event traditionally staged in an adjoining hall in Paris. Management of the accessories event remains in the hands of Gilles Laborde, as in the past.

The acquisition strengthens the standing of the fabric fair as an international event for the fashion industry .
