TEXTRA: reversible print fabric spurs creativity

A LEADING Italian supplier of swimwear fabrics, Textra, that first introduced a range of reversible printed fabrics with different designs on the two faces in its S/S 2015 collection, reported rapidly growing interest by swimwear designers. The concept has been developed further in the S/S 2016 collection that was premiered at the MarediModa salon in Cannes last month. On that occasion, Textra CEO Francesco Pozzi confirmed that any two print designs from the collection could be combined to produce exclusive reversible printed fabrics according to a designer’s wishes, subject to usual minimum quantity requirements.

The reversible print concept allows swimwear designers to give full rein to their creative talent and is likely to exert a growing influence on future swimwear styling developments.
