OYSHO: presence in Mexico reinforced


TO COMPLEMENT the 38 physical stores it operates in Mexico, Spanish intimate apparel chain Oysho launched there its most recent online store. Since the first Oysho online store went online in September 2011, 14 other have been launched in different countries and the chain is said to have gained much from its offer of free delivery to the Oysho physical store nearest to the customer as well as from its service for returned merchandise. These, and other facilities offered to customers, have increased traffic in physical stores and helped to boost total sales, said Inditex, that owns the chain.




The Oysho operation provides a good example of the benefits to be derived from a well planned and organized multi-channel retail strategy.
